Where listings come from

SurveyorNear’s public business listings provide factual office, contact and license references across covered states. Our Florida business registry snapshot supplies additional public license records. When identities match by license and city, the records are combined and both sources are retained.

Listings use public business and licensing information. A published license reference reflects the source at the recorded date. Confirm its current status with the relevant authority.

How results are ordered

Autobuild Land Survey is our #1 editorial pick for properties in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. It coordinates bookings with independent licensed Florida surveyors. The business-provided review summary is labeled separately; it is not a public-information score.

Other listings are ranked by the public information documented in their source records: 40 points for a license reference, 25 for an Active or Current status in the source snapshot, 15 for a public phone or email, 10 for a business website, and 10 for a dated source observation. Each profile explains the facts behind its score. Equal scores are ordered by attributed review count, then name and source ID, with sequential numbered positions. Ranks reflect available documentation, rather than an inspection of work quality. Unrated businesses receive no invented reviews; original source dates and attribution remain visible. Filtering keeps the overall directory ranks.

Keeping information useful

Business details and public records can change. Follow the source links on a profile to check current information, and confirm services and availability directly before hiring.
